Mediation Services

Through my work as an employment litigator, I have recognized a growing need for cost-effective mediators who can help parties resolve difficult cases efficiently and thoughtfully. To help address this need, I will be offering mediations at the reduced rate of $6,500 for individuals and small businesses (500 employees or less), with the goal of increasing access to mediation and preventing cost from becoming an obstacle to settlement.

My role as a mediator is distinct from my role as an advocate. As a mediator, my sole goal is to utilize the strategies and tools I've acquired through my litigation practice and mediation training to help parties resolve cases. I employ a range of strategies tailored to the specific dynamics of each case, and will work relentlessly to attempt to facilitate a resolution.

Mediation is not a one-size fits all approach, and these days the amount of time dedicated to follow-up or strategies other than a mediator's proposal is unfortunately less prevalent than it should be. I am committed to helping parties overcome seemingly insurmountable impasses through creative and flexible strategies and alternatives.

I recognize that some employers and insurance carriers might be reluctant to agree to a mediator with a background as a plaintiff's attorney. However, in my mediation practice, my focus is solely on assisting all parties to maximize the possibility of resolution.
